Hello Marilyn, You speak of a selenite soundbath, but I don't see a way of listening to it.
I fully accept the implications of frequency music ad sound bath efects. It all works in coherence throughout the layers of body, mind and consciousness.
Can you suggest a frequency music and whether Selenite is sufficient to create rebalancing, harmonizing and realning the bones please?
I do have a misalignment in the left knee/ankle.
